Sudden Pain Behind Knee

The Ballerina and her diet Staff

Hello Dancers, dancers for us has always been important to the care of our bodies, on this very subject I wanted to linger and tell you that Now you can reach your weight loss without sacrifice, but only by learning to listen to your body's energy needs, achieving as a result: physical and mental wellbeing.

not need to impress if every time you think of a ballet dancer comes to mind the image of an enviable silhouette. What must necessarily take into account is the diversity of people, even if turns out to be all from the same nature, not all are able to easily keep in shape and in the same way. Over the years I've noticed that exercise is a means of really effectively to achieve our objectives and dance in addition to being a complete discipline has been very successful bringing greater physical and mental wellbeing.
The charges relate to the aesthetic beauty that dancers are directed toward the achievement of precise and delicate movements, this is possible when the dancer has reached the elegant lines, thin and long.
Achieving these goals depends on the attention that the dancer has on their eating habits because the energy intake and nutrition have to be adjusted.

a dancer's diet does not require any particular differences compared to a normal and healthy person, because its goals are not to increase muscle mass, but only to gain more strength and energy to overcome the well-hours of physical training and dance lessons classical, so it is important to have a balanced diet that brings the nutrients needed to complete his daily workouts in a satisfactory manner.

In general, we all know what are the foods that bring us the benefits and what are not: moderate consumption of chocolate, sweets, bread, sweets, alcohol is a major step forward, but could not be entirely suited to a diet dancer, taking into account that a varied diet is much more effective and satisfying at the same time. From my personal experience I can say that it is better to eat everything in moderation, even if sometimes I let myself get taste for something in particular that I like, not to fall into temptations sooner or later we would raid the fridge eating more than they should. For those dancers who need to lose a few kilos, I recommend that before starting a weight loss diet must be submitted by a qualified nutritionist.

Your doctor will calculate your daily intake and the diet you need, plus have the ability to periodically check the development of the Diet and the evolution of your body.

conclude this article by saying that: dietary intakes should offset the energy consumption for body weight remains stable.

Moving Pokemon Sprites

30% increase in the flexibility of your legs

Hello everyone, today I wanted to tell you about a subject that affects us all dancers and that is how important is the flexibility in Dance .

After so many holidays and you feel the need to get into shape, even if your mind remembers all the dance steps that ruling before the holidays, your hips and your muscles No, they certainly lost fluency and flexibility.

I really think that recover your physical fitness as a dancer you'll need at least a week of dance classes and also some specific exercises that will help you get more freedom in the hips and increase the flexibility of the whole body.

My goal now is to provide a series of exercises aimed at improving some basic poses in ballet like ' Arabesque, the' Attitude , and Passé , learn how to hit your goals and improve your skills by simply using something you already own: your bed! Possibly a double.

The ability to use and turn any object in half in order to improve and develop the flexibility you need is a great fortune, all at no cost, this means that "You can do anything you want if you want to commit enough."

the desire to improve and overcome them led me to discover that any object is in my room would be helpful to achieve my goals.

Some time ago I thought about what I should improve, so I was wondering what I had to do and how to achieve good results at this point I was left with no choice but to choose, I chose to spend more time with my flexibility. Reach the maximum amplitude of movements and then get past the Spaccata Sagittal (right and left side).

Once I hit the target I had to do all the exercises the most important and useful for a dancer, as well as exercises to practice these dance school I started practicing at home and not having much space to practice them on my bed.

While practicing some of these techniques and postures of stretching, I already knew, I realized that the joints, having no contact with a hard, cold floor, they worked so much better and more relaxed.

The result of this series of exercises took me to a greater relaxation of the muscles and joints, thus increasing the flexibility of my body.

The benefits were so motivating and satisfying to induce me to continue this kind of exercise every day, without doubt, the discovery was not great but it sure gave me good results and the most important thing was the chance to be consistent in training .

If you are lucky enough to be passionate or even more madly in love with the whole dance and want to improve yourself every day, this is the right time to start a new practice that could soon lead to the achievement of your needs and your personal goals as a dancer: Improve Your Flexibility .

"As a first step to achieve the objectives it is important to plan objectives," precisely why I have decided that the topic of today will be dedicated to improving one of the most beautiful and elegant poses of classical ballet:

the 'Arabesque

Exercise # 1 Sit on the bed, leaving his right leg bent forward (Attitude), bring left leg back, spread it with force and keep it stretched out (Arabesque) Hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds to keep the back straight, you can rest your hands on a wall near your bed.

Switch legs and try to understand if you can with both legs to perform the exercise in the same manner and with equal ease. If not ... and ....

If your body accused of even small differences between one leg and one must act immediately and take care of that little asymmetry, because in order to dance at 100% of your ability and then achieve perfection, balance and control, your body has to necessarily achieve the symmetry that is the right balance muscles and joints between different parts of the body.

Exercise N.2

Sit at the foot of the bed, leaving the right leg forward with your feet flat on the floor, bring your left leg behind by spreading gradually in arabesque, hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds to keep your back straight you can put your hands on one of the walls surrounding your bed.

Practice arabesque position with both legs alternating between them, the arabesque is also handy in that position en dehors en dedans. Practicing en dehors, and then with the knee and thigh turned out, stretch the inner thigh (adductor);

practicing en dedans, then with the knee and whole leg facing down (closed), stretch the quadriceps el 'ileus-Psoas (hip flexor of the thigh and stabilization of the pelvis). Other

exercises useful and effective for the gradual improvement of the different body parts you will find them in future articles on my blog.
