Breathing

Hello Dancers, I was wondering if the haste to do many things during the day had brought problems to your breathing. My belief is that the vitality, strength and the maximum concentration can be achieved only after have met their breathing carefully, so I decided to put this article in which I will speak of the different processes of respiration in the dance.

The Importance of Breathing in Dance

Breathing in the dance has a vital role in muscle growth and Art of a dancer, this important topic to be treated in depth and in all its aspects from the first dance steps and throughout the life of a dancer. To get almost a good level of resistance and control of the intercostal and abdominal muscles, you propose to do a lot of attention and awareness of your breaths, through your breath you can feel the soul of the dancer in you.
